Straight answers
Every lake tour is a round trip back to your departure point — Loop 1 returns to Banff around 2:25 PM, Loop 2 to Lake Louise Village around 4:15 PM. The Calgary shuttle runs 7:00 AM out and 5:30 PM home (arriving ~7:00 PM), booked separately each way.
Calgary riders: Crowfoot Station, check-in 6:50 AM. Banff riders: Beaver Street, 8:35 AM for Loop 1. Lake Louise Village riders: Shell Station, 10:20 AM for Loop 2. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
Yes — that's the classic day: Calgary → Banff at 7:00 AM, the 8:45 AM Two Lakes loop from Beaver Street, then the 5:30 PM shuttle home. The shuttle and the tour are separate bookings, so add both when you book.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your departure. Inside 48 hours, call or WhatsApp us and we will do our best to move you to another day.
You take a shuttle — Moraine Lake Road is closed to personal vehicles year-round, and the Lake Louise lot fills before sunrise. We run daily loops from Banff and Lake Louise Village, plus Calgary connector shuttles, with the return included on every tour. We can't promise you a parking spot; we can promise you won't need one.
Lake tours include the round trip back to where you started. Prices are per passenger, and GST is added at checkout. Luggage and hiking gear ride free.
